Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and print-on-demand items may require additional processing time before shipment.

Shipping Times Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the United States. Supplement orders and print-on-demand items may ship separately and arrive at different times if ordered together.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Items If your order contains both supplements and print-on-demand items, items may arrive in separate packages at different times.
